AI Made the Arrangement. Why Do You Still Need a Producer?

I don’t see a problem with using Suno to create an initial arrangement idea. In fact, it can make the process much more efficient.

Imagine how it used to work: an artist would come to a producer and say, “I want a song with this kind of mood and sound.” The producer then had to start from scratch—searching for a musical direction, choosing instruments, writing parts and experimenting.

Now, an artist can arrive with a specific reference generated in Suno and say, “I like this direction. Let’s use it as a starting point.”

That gives us a starting point right away. We can break down what works in the arrangement, which elements are worth keeping and what needs to be reworked completely.

What Can a Music Producer Do After Suno?

Some synthetic sounds might be replaced with real instruments. Parts can be rewritten, the harmony adjusted, transitions added, and the groove, dynamics and overall sound developed further.

This is where the real work of a music producer begins.

A generated idea is not automatically a finished, unique and competitive music product.

An Idea Is the Beginning, Not the Final Result

I believe in using new tools while still bringing personal taste, experience and individuality into the music.

So if you have an idea you created in Suno, we can use it as a foundation and develop it into a complete, original arrangement. The right approach depends on the track, your goals and the source material available.

AI can help you find an idea. My job as a producer is to help you unlock its potential.
